What the quote form captures and who it routes to

The Get Quote button on a builder page opens the enquiry form carrying a Request for Pricing subject and a numeric model id. That page is headed REQUEST A QUOTE with the line "Contact your nearest Stabicraft dealership". Required fields are First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, Postal code, Choose your boat model, Country, and Choose your dealership. Optional fields are State/Region, Message and a Stabicraft serial number, plus an opt-in tickbox for other communications from Stabicraft Marine. The submit control is labelled Submit. The boat model dropdown lists seventeen named models plus Other, and the enquiry is routed to a dealership the visitor picks.

Built by an applicant, only from public information. This is a text capture made for the demo, not a copy of the page. Wording is paraphrased apart from short quoted fragments and specification figures, which are copied exactly as the source prints them, including its own typos.
